By accessing and using SK Results' website or services — including free consultation sessions — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit an application or use this website.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SK Results provides marketing consulting and patient acquisition services to dental practices, including but not limited to:

• Free diagnostic funnel reviews (no obligation)
• The Apex System — a done-for-you patient acquisition programme
• Campaign strategy, ad management, landing page optimisation, and follow-up systems
• Ongoing performance reporting and consulting

The scope, deliverables, and investment for paid engagements are set out in individual service agreements, separate from these terms.

Free consultation sessions are offered to qualifying dental practices at SK Results' sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee a session or a working relationship.

• We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation
• Applicants must provide accurate, truthful information
• Scheduling is subject to availability
• We operate on a one-clinic-per-city exclusivity model — we will inform you if your city is currently taken

By using this website or engaging with SK Results, you agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate information at all times
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform or systems
• Respect the intellectual property contained in all materials we share

All strategies, frameworks, materials, and systems created or shared by SK Results — including the Apex System — are proprietary and protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our methods without explicit written permission.

This restriction applies to materials shared during free consultations as well as paid engagements.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during consultations or service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Revenue figures and business performance data
• Marketing strategies and campaign structures
• Proprietary system components and processes
• Patient data or any identifiable clinical information

This obligation survives the end of any working relationship between the parties.

SK Results shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website, including but not limited to loss of revenue or business opportunity.

Our total liability in connection with any paid service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service in the preceding 30 days.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, effective immediately upon publication to this page. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which SK Results is registered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
