Free diagnostic consultations are offered to qualified prospects. SK Results reserves the right to decline service to any prospect at our discretion. Scheduling is subject to availability.

All content, materials, and strategies provided by SK Results, including the Apex System, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during consultations or service delivery. This includes business strategies, revenue data, and marketing plans.

SK Results shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
